Our teachers are from renowned S- vyasa-University encompassing all aspects of life in different ways and levels to balance the mind and body.   They will design a specific yoga asana and Yoga dhyana program for you to assist you through your journey of life, balancing your being and assisting you to achieve health and well being.

Yoga is an ancient Indian practice that dates back to 2500 BC, possibly even earlier. Yoga, one of the philosophy or darsana is based on ancient Indian civilisation, is an art of living a healthy, balanced, peaceful and contented life. Unlike in the west yoga is considered as a body bulding or gymnastics with various styles of teachers, In India it is unique and practiced accpording to the rhythm f nature and individual.

In Yoga, the body and mind are linked to create a state of internal peacefulness and integration. These techniques concentrate on posture and alignment, as well as create a higher consciousness. Yoga utilizes stretching postures, breathing, and meditation techniques to calm the emotional state and the mind, and tone the body.

At Ayushgram, you can practice yoga under the caring guidance of qualified yoga instructors. As a part of Yoga courses are conducted affiliated to S-Vyasa University. The course duration may vary according to the direction of the yoga instructor.
